What is an associate ticket?

If you are unable to come in person, this is the perfect option for you! After the events conclusion, you will receive a download link to RAW images captured by Julia Davis. You can edit and share, and it's just asked that you tag the shooter in your vendor credits. The only stipulation is that you cannot submit to major publication as your own shooting (Vogue, Glamour, etc.).

Who is this for?

This editorial is for creatives (photographers, videographers, content creators) who are ready to level up their business, attract dream clients, and connect to a community of like-minded business owners and vendors through a portfolio growing editorial.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event that something comes up and you can no longer attend, you are responsible for selling your ticket to another creative. If you are unable to attend and cannot find someone to buy your ticket, you are still responsible for the entire ticket amount. Please make sure you are 100% able to attend and aware of this policy before purchasing a ticket.

Are flights and transportation included?

No, the editorial is based in San Marcos, TX at one venue, the Windemere Farms. If flying in for the event, I suggest flying into the Austin airport.

Can I submit what I capture to magazines for publication? 

Yes, totally! I want to see you thrive and your business grow from your time with us - just be sure to submit all vendor tags so that everyone can get credit for their art.

I don't know if I can do this one, when will the next editorial event be?

There are no plans yet for the next editorial, likely won't be until 2026!
