What is an associate ticket?
This is in no way an opportunity for you to purchase images and claim them fully as your own. More so; this is a chance for creatives to purchase access to RAW images where they can work on editing and add to their portfolio with the clear explanation and vendor tags that images were captured by an associate, and edited by the creative. These images also cannot be submitted to publications, as that is a right held for owner of the images and those who attend in person. In-Person tickets will receive full access to all the sets in their choosing, snacks and beverages, and a custom fitted and branded cowboy hat!
When I first began in this field, having the chance to edit other scenes, environments, and types of imagery would have been a dream. Vendors across the wedding industry commonly purchase stock images to show their inspiration and dream aesthetic and this is another avenue for creatives to show those dream aesthetics to clients, while still showcasing their editing art!
Who is this for?
This editorial is for creatives (photographers, videographers, content creators) who are ready to level up their business, attract dream clients, and connect to a community of like-minded business owners and vendors through a portfolio growing editorial.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event that something comes up and you can no longer attend, you are responsible for selling your ticket to another creative. If you are unable to attend and cannot find someone to buy your ticket, you are still responsible for the entire ticket amount. Please make sure you are 100% able to attend and aware of this policy before purchasing a ticket.
Are flights and transportation included?
No, the editorial is based in San Marcos, TX at one venue, the Windemere Farms. If flying in for the event, I suggest flying into the Austin airport.
Can I submit what I capture to magazines for publication?
Yes, totally! I want to see you thrive and your business grow from your time with us - just be sure to submit all vendor tags so that everyone can get credit for their art.
I don't know if I can do this one, when will the next editorial event be?
There are no plans yet for the next editorial, likely won't be until 2026!
