It felt like fate when high school sweethearts Shelbey + Tyler became one of my couples for their engagement session at the Domain Austin. After an hour of exploring and laughing more than we have in ages, we discovered we all graduated from the same high school! After graduation, they both went to Angelo State University and fell even more in love!
S + T started our session by exploring some of the shops, skipping around and teasing each other. Next we headed over to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, where they proceeded to push it in each others faces. Finally, we headed up to the roof of the parking structure to take in the views of the hill country, watch the Texas summer sunset, and burn off some of the ice cream calories.
Having a session with amazing humans like these two really brought the message home how amazing it is to be back home in Central Texas, and that, even though it’s slow and difficult, restarting my photography business here has become one of my favorite adventures yet!
