Ashlee and Tyler met when they were in the same National Guard unit. During annual training, he knew she was the one as she flirted and insulted his intelligence. But lucky for Ashlee, he was willing to hide out in her car and watch movies even after she teased him.
“We have been long distance for our entire relationship, even the start of the friendship we were living in different states. I tried to pretend I didn’t like him but one night he had the audacity to say he liked me so I had to be honest with myself. While I was pretending I didn’t like him he had to go on an intense road trip with me and my friends, met my entire family (extended family included) and was forced to watch The Office and Jane the Virgin with me. Needless to say, he’s too good for me because I don’t think I’d want to do all of that for someone I just met. He has been so good to me and treats me like I’m the best thing since sliced bread. I’ve never felt more loved and I pray he feels the same way.”
